anybody have any suggestions as to what sender i can get to fit to my p4 when i got the engine there was a bodged up thing soldered in to the end of the output side of the engine but it was broken and leaking

I've put a sender and temperature gauge from Russel Newbury onto my J3 to keep an eye on engine temp. It's worked perfectly for the last 5 years. The gauge looks solid and stylish, suitably traditional. Hope this helps.
