Interior Rust - first post

I'd suggest the coat of thick grease alone will suffice...

Can I ask, what sort of grease? Won't it stink? How would you apply it?

Hello

 

I've been away for a while - sanding and painting my bilge! I took the good advice here and decided that since she's empty, I'll get it done. OK, I hired help.

 

We sanded the inside of the bone dry bilge. Hoovered all the dust up and painted that black anti rust stuff on.

 

The man that did the survey said it is one of the best Springer hulls he's seen in a long while. There are a few small dents in the hull, but he said that is OK.

 

So she,good job done! Found a certified electrician that's helping with electricity and wires. So all is going to plan now.
