Oil boiler converted from house to boat use?

I was looking at this. You can get a 13-15kW domestic oil boiler for less than a less-powerful Webasto, but the power consumption is considerably more. On shore power it's not an issue, but I can't be sure that I will always have shore power.

 

I lack Crow's DIY skills, but I don't think it would be hard for a competent person to make a simple boiler using new parts (basically the burner and a heat exchanger) for under £400.00.
