NB Willawaw
Although not personally relevant (Willawaw is gas-free), I saw that there is a new lightweight propane gas bottle available called BP Light. The cylinder is lightweight instead of the normal steel one and I thought it might be useful for those of you who have to cart gas a long way to the boat. The biggest size seems to be 10Kg at the moment. www.trumauk.com
alan_fincher
One down side would seem to be relative cost.... 13Kg refill for Calor Gas = £17.49, so works out at £1.35 per kilo. 10Kg refill for BP Gas Light = £21.45, so works out at £2.14 per kilo. So more than 58% more expensive, I think, (provided you can fit the "standard" 13Kg Calor cylinders). I think I'll continue to lug the steel ones around. I'm sure someone will tell me if I have my prices or my maths wrong. Alan (I'm probably not doing myself any favours here! - As a BP pensioner, I should doubtless be promoting the "old companies" products!)

I don't think that anything you say can make the share price go lower! (BP Employee)
