To go back to bollard pull -

the emergency towing arrangement on the below ship has a bollard pull of 4000KN which is about 410tonnes off the top of my head.

That ship has a gross registered tonnage of 81472.

Is that the SWL of the deck and fittings for towing, or being towed ?
