Plume of Feathers in the village centre - recently renovated and doing both food and ale very well!

 

Heart of England is a chain but cheap and cheerful, Crossroads similar. Maltsters is an old-style pub with great ales.

 

If you want fairly upmarket food -the Narrowboat at Stowe Hill (near Dominics at Rugby Boats!)

 

Good Indian at Brinjol on A45 by Heart of England pub.

 

Two Chinese takeaways as well!
