upload problems

i can't seem to upload a pic to replace my avatar with, the pic is a jpeg and its within the size parameters.....

 

could it be because im surfing via a mobile conection? ie slow....

Hi, sorry didn't get back to you yesterday.

 

I've had a look at the settings and nothings changed. It may be down to your slower connection, but you could also try disabling any firewall etc software that you have.

 

If you have any further problems then send your image to me and I'll sort it for you.
