Who said boaters are Grumpy Peeps?

We have been living on our NB for just over 13 months..

Tonight was empty the toilets and take away the rubbish evening..

13 months we have done this without a problem, until tonight?

We load up the estate with 2 full cartridges and 3 bags of rubbish, drive all the way there only to find that I have left the 'Key' to the toilets on the Boat???

My missus then calmly but forcefully tells me that I told her never to remind me about the 'Key'?

I spy a NB with its lights and genie running about 100 yards down the cut...

I go and ask the friendly boater for assistance.....

I knock on the window and explain my predicament and the kindly gent, now known as Malcolm, hands me his set of keys, I thank him and run off to do the toilets...

Goes to show, not all boaters are Grumpy Folk..

 

Once again, many thx Malcolm, I couldn't quite catch the boat name, (it was very dark) but I did see the word Ork, a Springer just like ours..

His boat was moored far away from anything that had grey cells who would?

His genie was a very quiet, and I do mean a quiet genie, and he turned it off before we had left...

He could have kept his genie running as far as I was concerned after helping me out...

After a all, he got me out a fix with me missus,

 

A bit of give and take is what is required, eh?
