What will it be worth?

I know of a 45foot boat nearing completion. It started as a new shell some years ago and has never been in the water.

Fit out is in oak to live-aboard standards, (ie cuboards everywhere).

Equipment consists of diesel central heating. Washer/Dryer. Seperate gas oven and hob. Shower. Composting loo. Full size drop down double and occaisional convertable double. Diesel generator. covers front and back.

And more.... blah, blah

Shell is an excellent, neat, Liverpool boats Cruiser, cabin is 31 foot long.

Owner (good friend) was telling me he will have to sell on completion but had not got a clue what it was worth.

Does this count as brand new? (never been launched)

What should he ask?

Where is best place to sell?
