Most used or most populated canals

Hello again,more brain picking l am afraid

Which canals have the most traffic on and which are the most populated i.e moored boats.

Or are they one and both the same ? have heard that the K & A has a lot of traffic and also a high number of moored boats.

The River Thames can be busy. Bray lock does about 16,000 boats a year
