I was toying with the idea of going up Foxton Locks tomorrow to be nearer the Festival site, so I dropped in on Welford & Sulby reservoirs .... think I'll stay down the bottom 'til we get a bit more rain

Welford's tide mark seems to show a recent fall of about 2 feet
