A narrowboat suffered intermittent engine problems yesterday lunch time and was escorted into limehouse by the river plods.

 

The Thames police unit stood by in case they needed a tow but I understand they managed it under their own power in the end.

 

No idea what the problem was but good idea to make sure your fuel tank is topped up to decrease the amount sloshing about and stiring up dirt from the bottom.
