Try calling this number-07980692161, end of garden residential moorings in Newbury opposite West Mills. I went past these about a fortnight ago and still not occupied but I believe the guy in question is still in the process of getting planning permission. There may already be a waiting list.

I am certain the OP has got his price wrong, £20 per kw (I assume he means kwh) is so expensive it is ridiculous (and highly illegal) more like 20p per kwh would be correct.

 

I always thought OP stood for 'Old Pensioner' Oops thats OAP . I'm sure the electric quoted was a mistake as Boilerman assured me.

Which still seems steep to me - we pay an annual service charge way less than that would work out at - separate to our mooring charges and then get the electrickery at cost...

Visited Thames & Kennet today, very happy at the moment. A big thanks to Mike (the boilerman) for all his help.

 

And was informed today that it is 20p per kw.
