Lister HA2 oil pressure relief valve

Has anyone changed the oil pressure relief valve in their lister HA2? I want to replace the spring in mine, and on close inspection of the manual it appears to be located in the sump. There is an access panel on the side of the block that I assume would provide access to the said valve, however I wanted to see if anybody had any advice or experience before I start dismantling things!
