Abandoned Waterway Hunter's Maps

Inspired by the Richard Dean articles in "Narrowboat" mag, I've come up with a simple way to overlay a Historic Canal map onto a modern Internet map, thus creating a useful aid when searching for evidence of lost canals.

 

An increasing number of these maps will be uploaded onto the CanalScape-London Group site, together with instructions on how you can make yourself.
