flatplane8
Hi, There have been a few mentions of the Pipsqueak stove recently, I'd not considered one, but due to all the information flying around about possible British Standards etc. our original choice wasn't looking so viable. So for short term use, I thought I'd try the Pipsqueak as it's 'portable' and will run on a flue hight of 2m. Only had it a day or so, but so far, so good. Seems very well made and was easy to install. Will put some pictures on our website later in the week. Simon
beatnik
Let us know how you get on. We're considering one for a small room on the boat and would like to see what it looks like in situ.

carlt
I'm very tempted by the pipsqueak, too. Keep us posted.
deletedaccount
Did you find something else that was good and also tiny? Nah, I decided to go the whole hog and get a full sized on instead. Just to complicate my life I'm now thinking antique french enamel. But who knows. I've found somewhere that sells flue adapters that will fit for 40-50 quid if you're interested.
flatplane8
Been offline most of the week working on the boat, but will post some thoughts/updates after the weekend. Seems like a good little stove so far, will need to see how it goes when the weather gets colder.
flatplane8
Finally wrote a bit about the Pipsqueak stove with some pictures here. It seems to put out the heat a bit, solid fuel is ok, wood needs to be chopped down quite small to fit.
