Click on your profile by clicking on the blank avatar top left of the forum just under the canal world logo.

 

Then when you see the greyed out blank profile image, click on the little graphic bottom left.

 

From the next box you get the option to upload an image as your avatar- noting the size limit.

The lack of a new image would suggest @Manxcat54 still hasn't managed to change their pic.
