I know this is an old thread but I am a new person here... I have to agree with the posts about safety. I feel far safer on my boat and walking to my boat, and watching my dog do her last wee of the night whatever time it is out of my boat than I ever would in an urban street. Who would come down here to hurt me? Why would they? Enjoy the stars, nowhere I have ever been shows them more attractively than standing outside my boat on a cold bright night. And congratulations.
