No problem! If we could get a decent section up and running it could be very beneficial to boaters and paddlers. I have learned a lot over the last couple of weeks which will help me understand the needs of boat users (like knowing when to get out of the way!), its also a great resource for planning trips.

Maybe there should be a Canoe/Kyak section? Im a Cadet instructor, we now do DofE expeditions by foot or water, its great to take city kids out into the wilds of Shropshire, they love it too! Im looking for camp sites next to canals around the North West, any ideas? PS. Anyone frequent song of the paddle?

Hi all, I use the canal system frequently in my Canadian Canoe, I love the peace and quiet! I see a lot of narrow boats with Canoes strapped to the deck but no posts about Canoeing on here. Any other paddlers out there?
