Yes, I currently use a multiplus with agm batteries ( our last set was also rolls agms) You will need to have it set up though ,(Drop down menu with option of battery type and manufacturer) Either by the dip switches or laptop and software, The software is not difficult to use as it's menu lead, You can download the software from victron, but you'll need an interface, available on eBay,
