Hi Could anyone who uses a Hurricane tell me if they are noisy. I heard one running recently and the fuel pump made quite a racket. Also, I believe they are quite heavy on battery power and could not be left running as back ground heating, unless a landline is attached. Thanks

Hi I am about to start fitting out my NB. From the Thetford website/catelogue I have seen a cassette bench unit C-403L. I have tried several chandlers but keep getting the reply "not available for retro-fitting" or only available to builders. Any ideas where I might get one? Cheers

Hi I am about to order the components for the water supply system for my fitout. Does anyone have experience of the Sensor Max pump which "serves up to 5 13mm outlets by electronically controlling the motor speed to maintain a steady flow and constant pressure eliminating the need for an accumulator tank". If fitted, do you think it would still benefit from an accumulator tank. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have seen several threads discussing the merits of 12v and 240v. Having decided to go the more expensive 12v route, which make/models are best or should be avoided. I am thinking of a Shoreline RR57W which at 128 litres (inc 16 litre ice box) is quite large for an under worktop installation. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen several threads with advice but no details of what makes/models actually work. My boat is being fitted with an Electrolux 3.5kW Travel Power and a Mastervolt 2kW sine wave inverter. I am thinking of a Zanussi ZWD1260W which has cold and hot fill, basic controls and is slightly smaller than standard (850x600x580). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
