    Hi all, thanks for the welcome to the forum. First job will be to tackle the lawn and then sit down with a beer and take in the wonderful canal view, might not get much more done after that. it’s nice to hear from anyone who passes by, say hi if your going by.

    Hi everyone, I’m buying this property and would welcome advice on moorings. Do I have to pay EOG or does a Wharf have historic mooring rights like Matty40 suggests?
