    Hello Niklaus, I would go with the cassette, because if you do end up bag & bining your waste its going straight into landfill, your waste would still compost in landfill, but it would take up space and landfill is NOT infinate. But thats just my opinion, I would go with what suits your purpose best, and whichever one you would rather bake your brownies on.
