I think they are takin the bells down soon to do repairs but they will be back. Personally I love church bells but I know some don't - stayed at a place at the bottom of the hill from Lincoln Minster many years ago and lookin through the guestbook was a note left by Rula Lenska and Denis Waterman. They said something along the lines of 'Lovely place, but oh those bloddy bells!'
