just the stove was £989 and cost her £750 to have it fitted with flue liner and fittings and she has lit it 3 times ,where have you seen them on the internet for £650 ? i would like to look at that

it`s a heat sheild to reduce the heat from the back of the stove hitting the wall as long as the wall behind it is fire proof no need to fit it
