OK. Not so good news. Water is rising from last nights rainfall! Back up 3/4 of an inch. Looks to be dry over the next few days, so hope still. Lets see if there is any rainfall tonight... Does anyone know if there is some random chance the water will radically drop into the adjoining river? River sluices opening etc? At the current pace I could be here till middle of next week....

I'm moored near by and I cant make it thru. I'm 6ft to grab rail from water. I need about three inches drop to make a go for it. Water dropped 1.5 inches overnight (even with the rain fall overnight and today), its stuck at that new level all day. Hoping for another drop overnight. Lovely listed bridge but I've seen hundreds of em. Maybe they could think of altering this one a little ;0) Cheers!
