    Hi ... I have a 35 ft steel narrow boat that due to ill health and personal problems I have neglected for 18 months. It is grubby, needs painting, minimal tlc to get back to a fit state. It's in a private basin in the midlands will need a BSC and licence. So if I let you have it for a year what is in it for me? How do I retain my security of ownership? What are your thoughts?
