So is it best to buy a concert one to start with ?

Cheers, i beleive the ukesi was looking at seem to be crap, apparently the more you spend the better the quality but as a newbie didnt want to go to excessive. Been on ebay for a few but the prices go sky high at the end especially for tenors or concert ukes

Thinking of trying to learn, i have a guitar but fancy my hand on trying ukulele, i am thinking of buying a Tenor Ukelele (unless some is selling one cheap). Are they hard to learn ?

Hi we pulled a CaRT skip tug in which had its chains forced off a bollard the other night, we managed to be able to leap onto it to get a rope across but learnt a valuable lesson Dont wear shorts when on a skip/rubbish tug as you never know how many rats your going to find !

What size line and length would you suggest per spool

They have three days in and three out during week, reason for waiting at wango lane is the amount of traffic, i will say though CaRT are very helpfull, they did wango and another which i think is hall lane, then they did the stanley flight of locks both ways for the convoy. I got blade snapped off a prop by a builders one ton rubble sack, and a friend managed togeta fishing bivvy wrapped qround his. Only twice was it weed the rest was plastic bags, a hose pipe, a barrier fence, and some fishing line. Please dont be put off the Salthouse dock is well worth the effort.

Out of eleven out of us we all made it back, fabulous weekend but the crap in the canal can be a bit off putting. But saying that thensteelies where mainly ok onlymus plastics had the most isues.
