I did some searches and reading about working while CC'ing. Most posts told how to commute to a job in a fixed location on land. But I would love to hear from or about those who CC and work aboard. Or take odd jobs on the go. Floating shops. Workshops. Webshops and other online services. Well, anything realy....... Anything that one could do on the move.

That's what I first thought. But.....cats ARE pretty remarkable and adaptable creatures. So I started wondering..... My 4 VERY stationary cats know no other life than on the farm. But maybe if brought up on a boat as a kitten? Lets see what the others have to say.

I saw a documentary about his not long ago. Yes, pigeons can be trained to find the boat after moving it. But only a few hundred meters at a time. And starting with a training period where the boat was moved maybe ten meters or so to start with. The distance was increased each time. If anyone is looking for a small(ish) bird to keep for food on a boat. Quail are wonderfull for both meat and eggs.
