I suppose the answer is to contact BW nearer our holiday time (July) re. levels and Chasewood resie. Although on second thoughts I dont think there will be much point in this it would be a much better idea to contact all you BCN natives via the forum to see how the levels are looking. The last time I cruised the BCN was approximately 18 years ago. Weed hatch was used, without exception, after every bridge hole on the curly wurley - and we did not see another moving boat.
Had a lovely 2 hours boating yesterday back to home mooring at Welford. It was a change to see the sun. Thick fog today, cloudy and damp - for once we made the right decision and came back to base a day early. Just going to try the third attempt to light the squirrel - normally have no trouble and it never goes out - obviously the other crew member was not paying attention!
We would love to bu unforutnately work stops play - have a good trip. Fiona
