No, the one I'm referring to claimed to use the car battery lecky to split water into hydrogen and oxygen, then burn it in the ic engine. Which of course drove the alternator, recharging the battery, which split the water . . . . .

 

It's just another perpetual motion device.

 

 

There was something simillar on topgear last year ran on hydrogen cost £5000000 to develope clarkson was in it i think
