Selling a boat???

Afternoon all, sorry to be cheeky but i could use some advice/help from anyone about selling my boat..

 

I've had a new 57' trad for a year which i've been working on, i originally allowed (budgeted) one year for completion, a target which i subsequently missed by some way...

 

Not really wanting to pay 6% on brokerage fees i just wondered if anyone could advise on where might be the best place (s) to advertise it while keeping the costs down...

 

Also some idea as to how much i might reasonably expect to get for the boat would be useful, or any other tips/advice/criticism that might help me would be gratefully received (Either about the boat or about how i'm trying to sell it)..

 

Don't be shy with the comments, there's no point deluding oneself... From experience, do you think i might just be best biting the bullet and paying for a brokerage to sell it??
