A quick heads up on these as they are so easy to use.

 

Just Maggie Papaya Sheets. Simple, cheap and tasty. If you buy them on offer you can get two packs, each of which contain four sheets, so enough for eight chicken breasts for £1.

 

Cooking is simple enough. Wrap a chicken breast in the papaya paper and fry on a low heat in a frying pan. No oil necessary as the chicken cooks in its own juices in the paper. Cooking takes 20 minutes, 10 on each side.

 

Served here with rice and vegetables.
