Tardebigge - 1 week - which route?

Hi guys

 

Just looking for suggestions...

 

I have a hire out of Tardebigge booked for the first week in September (as much as anything to try living with a semi-trad stern before I choose between cruiser or semi trad for the boat I'll be buying for 2007)

 

I don't know this part of the network though, and can see I have several options - the Stourport Ring or ‘there and back’ to Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick or Worcester

 

Which would you choose and why?

 

Stratford 'there and back' is looking favourite right now, but coments welcomed (and suggestions for good pubs!)

 

Anyone out there look out for the Anglo-Welsh Golden Ghyll and give me a wave! (BTW - Anyone here been on this boat?)
