My Dad's been told there's a breach at Bettisfield?

I've no more details as the person who told my Dad was a bit vague on detail and i've only been told by text.

Wondered if it was true or not?

It could be to do with this that I found on the boater guide that I have just downloaded from the Waterscape website.
