Help I need a plumber

Does anyone know a competent plumber who can look at the pig's ears of a plumbing job in my washroom, figure out what the h*** has been done, and put it right?

Failing that, how do I go about finding one myself in the Cambridge area?

 

Basically we have had the whole room refitted by a so-called professional company, and NOTHING ACTUALLY WORKS. Not the loo, not the shower, even the sink won't drain away.

This so-called professional company have washed their hands of the job (lucky them, we have to use the kitchen sink!). So we need to get remedial work done asap, and WE ARE GOING TO SUE THEM FOR IT.

 

We can't even live in our home properly. OH is "camping out" there, I'm still in a flat in Cambridge so I can have a shower in the warm before going to work.
