Waiting for the crane again

If anybody is really bored this morning the crane should be arriving anytime now to launch two boats and yet again it will be live on the WEBCAM (Wharf security camera)

 

It's -2 C at the moment and foggy so the view might be a bit restricted but you might see something.

 

The boats are 57' barge style narrowboat and a 57' x 12'6" barge which we will have to thread out of the workshop door without it falling in the river before the crane gets it's chance.

 

After that for hardened viewers about 12 a new hull is arriving by wagon and we will be repeating the process in reverse to get that into the workshop.

There is also a chat feature on the cam page if anyone wants to mess with that, it works better if you try and leave the cam window open so you dont have to keep logging in and loosing the thread.

Situation normal crane booked for 8.00 it's now 9.00 no crane yet!

 

But at least it's not raining just freezing.

The crane is here 3 hours late but it is here!

 

The small boat should be going in first in about 20 mins.
