Talk on the Rochdale Canal restoration

The Lancaster Canal Trust will be holding an open meeting on Tuesday, November 3rd at Bilsborrow Village Hall where there will be an illustrated talk by Brian Holden, Hon. Secretary of the Rochdale Canal Society on the restoration of the Rochdale Canal.

 

Brian was one of the first members of the Rochdale Canal Society and was active in campaigning and restoring the canal.

 

Venue: Bilsborrow Village Hall (Postcode: PR3 0RE) is just off the A6 north of Preston in Lancashire.

Date: Tuesday, November 3rd

Time: 7:30pm

Cost: No charge but any donations to the Lancaster Canal Trust gratefully received.

Everyone welcome! You don't have to be a member of the Lancaster Canal Trust to attend.
