Fallen Tree at Islington

 

Friday 17 July 2009 until further notice

 

A fallen tree at Islington is obstructing the navigation between the eastern end of Islington tunnel and City Road Lock. This area is currently impassable to craft.

 

British Waterways and Islington Council Staff have been notified and will arrange removal as soon as possible.

Was all sorted by last weekend by Islington council with a very nifty crane. No problems now except various stoppages in East London.
