Help - toilet blocked again!

Hi there

Some of you may remember that we had a problem a few months ago where our toilet blocked and would not flush. In the end, we contacted Black Prince, who gave us instructions on how to change the electrics so the pump 'blew' instead of 'sucked' and on the odd occassion it's happened since, that has worked fine.

This time, we've reversed the polarity to no effect and also the toilet has now stopped making any sort of pumping noises at all, so when we press the button, literally nothing happens.

Can anyone give us any help or put us in touch with anyone in the Newark area who could come and fix it?

Thanks

Karen and Keith

What kind of loo is it? Sound like it may be a macerator type?

Have you checked the basics like the motor fuse? (Assuming there is one!)

I spent half an hour taking my Vacuflush apart once to fix what I thought must be a blockage only to find out the fuse had blown.
