Half Term Boat Hire

Hi,

 

Anybody know of any decent narrowboats free for the half term week?, possibly 2 off?

 

Not worried where but hopefully a nice boat with good kit.

 

Been let down on our pre booked holiday..........

 

Need to get my skates on!, 2 weeks away!

Tried that, phone most today....... boats not free now or never were!

Try Hoeseasons they appear to have loads of boats available!! If you phone the boat yard direct you may get a better deal.

Wyvern Shipping boats are pretty good.

 

It's a family run firm that has been going since (maybe) the 1960s, and has it's roots in a carrying firm before that.

 

The boats, (even the oldest ones), are usually pretty well turned out.

 

Of course based where they are, the only initial choice of route is "north" or "south", so they do tend to move around in packs!
