Installed on of these in a small wet room which included a shower. Been using the area for 3-4 years  infrequently. Decided to check underneath and to my horror found evidence of a substantial leak. After a refit it still leaked around the toilet area. Eventually found the join between the back and basin has no gasket and leaked through.
