Does anybody know of Cauldon Boatbuilders?

I've seen a boat built by Cauldon in 2003, and it looks like a Piper hull. Presumably Piper supplied the hull to Cauldon who then did the fit out.

 

I've had a search on the net and can't find any details about Cauldon, there's about a dozen boats built by them on Jim Sheads boat listings

Has any body heard of them? or know of their work?

Are you looking at buying this boat? Cauldon are based in stoke-on-trent, they usually advertise in one of the magazines.

I'm still arranging my finance and mooring first, but once i'm in a position to buy then it would be on my list.

Until then i'm just keeping a note of boats on the market that meet my needs.

 

I couldn't find and information on Cauldon, it would be nice to hear of somebody with experience of one of their boats.

Cauldon as in Caldon. I beleave.

- Never heard of the builder myself however.

 

But thats not nessarly a bad thing, just means there a smaller outfit. The weekend before last i met the very first person ever who had heard of watercraft, who made emilyannes hull.
