on water and tank if you left the tank empty for a while will it be still ok the fill and use or would it need cleaning first ??

so I got that right then heres another one for you. If it takes 3 hours of my engine running above tick over to charge my battery's full and heat my water to full. could you motor along the canal for the 3 hours so you battery's are fully charged and still claim 0%/100% for heating and elecs

Ok i being thick here and trying to get my head round this 60%/40% or 10%/90% and so on am i right that the first fig is moving which you pay a higher tax on and the last fig for heating and charging lower tax? is it always worked out this way round or do other do it the other way with first fig heating second moving. So if I right on that and I have a boat that is perm moored and only moved to fuel up and the rest of the time fuel is just used for heating, And my tank holds 100ltrs and i use 1ltr to travel to and back to fuel the split i would get would be 1%/99%. am I correct or have I got this totally wrong. sorry if i being thick here.

This is a topic that normally starts them off as there been plenty on self pumpouts, now my point of view is that they are a good thing to have to use in an emergency only and not for an every day thing, and that once you have used them to leave the pace clean and tidy. If you have a pumpout loo then the proper pumpout station should be used unless it is an emergency then self pumpout.

i have library account in different areas different authoritys and they all know that I not in there area but still let me have the accounts. because I pay CT in another area.

OK i think we can all agree that CT is not a fair system. But alot of you are still trying to justify why you should get something for free. We all use pubs shops etc so all pay towards their taxes so you cant us that one as as how u pay towards the CT. We all pay income tax if we work, but if you are a true CCer that makes that impossible(unless you work from home and it doesnt need you to be in one place). Everything that has been said on how CCers pays towards CT is what the rest of us already pay, on top of our CT. If A CCer can prove that they pay towards CT in anyway different to the rest of us then you got argument . you can not us that you pay BW because non CCer's pay BW plus their CT. I pay CT so that gives me the right to use services in every area. And as I said before unless you sit on your boat and dont leave it at anytime you will use some of the services, ok it would be a small amount but you still getting something for free. So if you saying you dont get it for free how do you pay towards it excluding the above cos we all pay towards those???

BW is not a private company it is funded by money raised from changes and from government/local council from peoples taxes & CT, so everyone that pays there CT & taxes do already pay to walk,cycle, and fish. SO people in houses dont get it for free.

but will this government keep funding some of the canals or say that something we can do without to save on money.......
