Hilperton also sell diesel. I'm not selling diesel at the moment. Looking at some other things that I would need the space for.
Cattle?

Do they sell fuel at Sally Narrowboats?
No, they haven't for years.
Bath narrowboats (self dec), oxfordshire narrowboats BOA (self dec) is it for yards, there is will on the coal boat if your lucky enought to see him too.
Luc I think no longer does diesel

Your lucky if its that quiet!

When I'm on our shared ownership narrowboat I always take along my air pistol, more as a deterrent in case any lowlife takes an unhealthy interest in us or worse still tries to get onboard. Thankfully we've never so far come across anything more than a few kids chucking things at us, but I've got it just in case.
Some say why not just aim your phone camera in their direction which I'm sure can be enough sometimes and would be my preferred action obviously, but having the pistol as back up makes me feel safer just in case, and would of course using it would be a last resort.
Sorry this is totally irresponsible. It's people who carry air weapons as side arms who ruin it for the rest of us who shoot.
Not only that, the legal limit for a air pistol is 6 fb, all your going to do is Piss them off if you hit them

Oh no, they're selling Archie?

Market researcher, probably about 50hours a week when there is enough work earning about 14 thou. No sick pay, if you can't do the work you don't get paid. When I mangled my finger and hand last year I was lucky that I was still on holiday for the time I was in hospital, I had to cancel one days work when I came home as I couldn't manage that particular job but carried on with my other work. I just couldn't afford the time off. I managed but it wasn't particularly comfortable or easy. A qualified librarian with chartered status working full time at a school, earns considerably less than 25 thou.
25 thou is not an " average" wage at all but a bloody good one.
Just as a comparison...
End of life and palliative care worker
Approx 50 hours per week
Annual pay just over 17000
Low wage but I love my job, I'd suggest if you want more money change jobs

I think a extra needs to be added to the list:
You shall not deface or remove cart/bw signs

Bradford is flooding so I hear from a resident. If any one needs any help, shout and I'll see what I can do
Keep safe and don't try wading at night!

Bath wise, Avon has popped in bath. The 48s and 72s are flooded as are the leisure center moorings. Churchill bridge has a clearance of approximate 3-4 foot and I may be wrong but it looked like bath bottom lock had been swamped too

More coming this afternoon

You only like it because you dare not venture further. Anyway I am not in a minority, not many people live there. The population is about 8 million or 12.5 per cent of the uk population which of course means that nearly ninety per cent of us dont and never will live there and thats because its a sh one t hole

I've been to London, I'd rather take a tramps sweaty glands to the face than go there again.
Now Glasgow, there's a beautiful city

An output of 2.5 amp? To crank what, a Saxonette?

I used to go out with her daughter! She's a fantastic lady, very witty in the flesh and will help anyone.
Not read the book though....

The most important thing is that the couple on board are safe and well. The incident happened at the lock above Foxhangers and they were going up towards Caen Hill. The small hire boat (Lady Victoria), more of a weekend boat, from a localish hire base, appears to have got caught at the stern as the lock filled.
The latest I have heard is that it is planned at the earliest to refloat her late Friday and take her to Foxhangers for assessment.
Not the lady v!

Hilperton to bathampton could be tricky if they are not released till 3.30pm from the yard.
I picked my boat up at 1pm, moored at limply stoke over night and still managed to reach Hanham lock by 4 the next day.
To the op, as soon as you hit the river, open her up ABC hulls swim well at speed on flowing water

How long before Fairport did you tie up Trojan on a restricted mooring?
Jump off your high horse before you fall off.

Having driven an ambulance for ten years - that's a diesel van capable of 100+mph, and several diesel response cars capable of 120mph
We had a galaxy for the local HEMS what was diesel and that thing went! I did prefer our petrol focuses for RRU work though

Am on western end and can sort your light and horn out when needed

Alvechurch, there's a few down here, I don't think it made any difference to its fuel economy
