Hi, I have my boat out of the water at the moment to do repairs on the stern drive .This is very tired looking at the moment. There is some deep pitting in the aliminium.i have sanded it down to bare metal and I am wondering how best to proceed with it now. Any advice as to painting , undercoat , primer etc without breaking the bank will be gratefully received .Thanks Hggy

Hi,I have a blue vinyl type canopy on the boat, it is looking tired.I have been looking at various products to rejuvenate it but as they are all quite expensive I was looking for some advise from other members as to the best one to purchase or any tips ,apart from buy a new one .Thanks in advance Johnny

Hi, new to canal cruising and would appreciate some advice please.On how best to mooring my boat ,a 22 Ft cabin cruiser on a canal marina .When mooring in the marina ,is it best to have the boat tight against the pontoon ,or allow some slack so the boat can move a foot or so sideways ?.Sorry if this seems a daft question ,but i am here to learn from the more experienced .Thanks in advance.higgy
