    why would i need chill pills , do you imagine its me who is uptight enough to resort to insults over such a minor disagreement .

    I have not 'imagined' anything.

    I have read your words, and seen 'uptight' in every sentence, actually. Plus a fair few insults from you also, addressed at people who have replied here. All of whom have generally, simply disagreed with your stance.

    So I really do recommend the 'chill pills'.

    We certainly enjoyed the afternoon. Didn't see you MikeV, as we were just heading back to the arena around 4.00pm. Had a short chat to the Baldocks and lovely Cara at their friend's boat, then saw them in the distance in the arena. We kept an eye out for the Tigger backpack, but no sign of Jeanette, maybe meet up another time.

    The Trip Boat was sited in a very strange place!! It held up lots of boats, but there were always plenty of passengers. The sun shone, cheese and fudge boats doing brisk business, Raymond having lots of visitors and a really nice sunny day, despite early rain and clouds.

    We were very glad we went.

    Well, I know the Balders and Cara, so hope to spot them. Our party ought to be 2 ladies/1gent 60+ if it doesn't rain too much.

    I just hope the car park is signposted, as I'm not entirely certain where Tiddenfoot is!

    GRR - have just spent AGES googling to find a route!!

    AFAIC Linslade (ie the Globe) is to the north of LB, but this place appears to be to the south, but not as far as Grove? And on 'the other side' of the canal to the areas I know?

    Bad planning by the site that they have not given THIS idiot an IDIOT proof route! I know the bits I know, but not Tiddenfoot, and I do so hate not knowing where I need to end up.

    I've just done the postcode search, and I bet I will get there eventually, but will arrive hot, cross and bothered!!
