First narrowboat, 46ft Piper sailaway. Fitting out ourselves....Gulp....We have decided to use Ash timbers and Veneered plywood. We have found a very big difference in the colour and grain of the timber, also the plywood is much lighter. Is this usual. Does it look ok when it all comes together....PS New to website, John (Evening Star) recommended it.
