I wonder if anyone can help please, we have a friend called Will you hasn't been heard from for a little while, he usually answers his phone and posts on facebook most days , now there might be an explanation for this, his phone might be out of range or charge but people are now getting a little worried, he was last seen moored below the lock at Kitbury near Newbury , his boat is called The Dudley Castle , if anyone spots him can they let me know on here please.

I moored up in Whittington near Lichfield this week, my ropes were cut and my fenders cut off and the boat pushed into the middle of the canal, have people had trouble there before? Thanks to whoever it was that rescued my boat.

can someone tell me the rules about cruising and staying in one place, i am about to come out of my marina , 14 day, 28 days?

i need to replace my leisure batteries as they are old and past it and dont last more than an evening, as i want to start to continually cruise how many should i have on board to get a reasonable time out of them, i dont run loads of equipment only lights and 12 volt fridge.
