HI,I JUST BOUGHT MY BOAT AND CAN,T GET TO MY MOORING ON THE WEY NAVIGATION DUE TO HIGH RIVER FLOW.I,M MOORING AT BRENTFORD DOCK.THE NOTICE BOARD SAYS THAT THE LIMIT IS 14 DAYS.IS THIS STILL THE CASE IF I,M UNABLE TO MOVE ON? CRAGGY.

Hi,i have just bought a 39ft narrowboat,and i,m moving it to a mooring on the wey navigation,it currently has a gold license.What would be the best way to license it,if i intend to visit other waterways?
